  1. Buy loads of disposable rubber gloves. - It's a real pain to get off your hands!!
  2. Get some cheap brushes, cut half the bristle off, these then make good stipple brushes, [gets the air out of the mat].
  3. When making inner wing blanks, make up 3 layers of mat
    If you make it up on a smooth board [I used hardboard, trace the shape with marker pen. The ink is absorbed into the resin and gives a clear trim line should the panel enlarge while stippling]]
    Remove while still green [ not fully cured], you can then bend it into shape.
  4. If the panel is set hard you can flex it by applying some heat, a hair dryer should be enough.
  5. Check the panel after a few hours, any drips etc can easily be trimmed while the GRP has not fully cured hard.
