It varies from area to area, Northampton wanted an MOT & SVA before booking. They'll come and check the items used to build the car, if you can prove
significant parts come from a donor you can keep an age related plate. If not
then you'll get a 'Q' plate. So with my MAC in hand plus an MOT I applied for another inspection from the local Vehicle Inspectorate. Forms posted 22nd March. |
